1. Overview

dFans allows creators to use artificial intelligence (AI) to generate content and interact with fans. To ensure a safe, transparent, and compliant platform, all AI creators must adhere to this policy.

This policy applies to:

• AI-generated content (images, videos, audio, text, etc.)
• AI-assisted messaging or automation
• AI personas or virtual creators

2. Identity Verification (KYC & Eligibility)

All AI creators are required to:

• Complete identity verification (KYC)
• Pass age verification (must be 18+)
• Provide accurate and verifiable personal or business information

❗ Not allowed:

• Anonymous AI creators
• Accounts operated by unverifiable or fictitious entities

3. AI Content Transparency

To prevent user confusion or deception:

• AI-generated content must be clearly labeled (e.g., "AI-generated")
• AI-assisted chat or automation must include a disclosure such as:
  "Some responses may be AI-assisted"

• Impersonating real individuals
• Misleading users into believing AI is a real person

4. AI Persona Consistency (Single Persona Requirement)

To ensure clarity and reduce compliance risks:

• Each account may operate only one primary AI persona
• The persona must maintain:
  • A consistent identity
  • A stable appearance and style

📌 If multiple AI personas are required:

• Separate dFans accounts must be created for each persona

❗ Not allowed:

• Operating multiple personas within a single account
• Frequently switching identities or character representations

5. Use of Real Persons (Model Release Requirement)

If AI content is based on a real individual, you must:

• Obtain explicit written consent (Model Release)
• Ensure consent covers AI generation and commercial use

❗ Strictly prohibited:

• Using any person's likeness without permission
• Mimicking public figures or private individuals

6. Deepfake & Misrepresentation

dFans maintains a zero-tolerance policy for deepfake content:

❗ Strictly prohibited:

• Unauthorized face-swapping or identity manipulation
• Generating content that closely resembles a real person with intent to mislead

7. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited (including AI-generated content):

• Any content involving minors (zero tolerance)
• Non-consensual or privacy-violating content
• Violent, graphic, or illegal content
• Content involving exploitation, trafficking, or abuse
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading content

8. AI Usage & Monetization

When using AI for monetized content (subscriptions, paid content, etc.), you must:

• Ensure content matches its description
• Avoid misleading or deceptive practices
• Not use AI for fraud or manipulation

The platform may take action in cases of:

• High refund or dispute rates
• Abnormal transaction behavior
• Excessive user complaints

9. Content Moderation & Monitoring

dFans employs multi-layer moderation systems, including:

• AI-based content detection at upload
• Third-party compliance and scanning tools
• User reporting systems
• Manual review processes

The platform reserves the right to:

• Remove content
• Restrict account functionality
• Suspend or terminate accounts

10. Payments, Refunds & Disputes

Earnings & Payouts

• Creator earnings are processed according to platform rules
• dFans may apply delayed payouts or risk controls where necessary

Refund Policy

• Digital content is generally non-refundable
• Exceptions may apply where:
  • Content is significantly not as described
  • Verified policy violations occur

Chargebacks & Disputes

• In the event of a payment dispute:
  • Funds may be temporarily withheld
  • Payouts may be suspended during investigation

11. Compliance Requirements

To meet payment and regulatory standards, creators must:

• Cooperate with compliance and verification processes
• Provide supporting documentation (e.g., Model Releases) upon request

dFans reserves the right to:

• Share necessary information with payment processors or regulators
• Apply additional risk controls (e.g., reserves, limits, delays)

12. Data & Privacy

• Unauthorized use of personal data for AI training is prohibited
• Creators must not misuse user data
• All activities must comply with applicable data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)

13. Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in:

• Content removal
• Withholding or deduction of earnings
• Account restriction or permanent suspension
• Reporting to relevant authorities where required

14. Policy Updates

dFans reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
